Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Knit & Bloom, every product is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we have a limited return policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. No Returns on Handmade Products

As all our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Minor variations in color, size, or texture

These natural variations are not considered defects.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

Return or refund requests will be accepted only if:

  • The product received is damaged, or

  • The product received is incorrect

Mandatory Proof Requirement

  • A clear product & box opening video is mandatory

  • The video must be recorded from the moment of opening the package

  • The video should be continuous, without any cuts, pauses, or editing

  • Photos alone will not be accepted as proof

Requests without proper video evidence will not be eligible for return or refund.


3. Reporting Timeline

  • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Order ID and proof must be shared at the time of raising the request

  • Requests after 48 hours will not be considered


4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 7–10 working days depending on banks/payment providers


5. Shipping Charges

  • Products are shipped using our own courier arrangements

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable under all circumstances

  • Even in approved refund cases, shipping charges will not be refunded


6. No Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges for any products.



7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled


8. Sale & Discounted Products

Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect.



9. Refund Rejection Rights

Knit & Bloom reserves the right to reject a return or refund request if:

  • Mandatory unboxing video is not provided

  • Video is edited, cut, or unclear

  • Product appears used or damaged after delivery

  • Policy conditions are not met
